My wfh balance still hasn't changed, plus proj doesn't require to do wfo. I hope HR doesn't intervene

  1. I'm here because of WFH. 😂
  2. Pay is low.
  3. Work life balance is less though. Everyday I'm working for atleast 11 to 12 hours. Waking up tired has become a part of my life.
  4. 90 days notice period is a big switch blocker.
