Not getting good offers, Notice Period is also reason other company reject
No other company accepting 3 months notice period
Get relieved from project and Go to bench, and then ask for early exit. As you are not in project, chances of acceptance will be more.
That is also not possible,if we ask for resignation they will be processed immediately but for we ask for releases from current project they simply say apply resignation and if releases will rarely possible but surely it will many years.
why should you stay in TCS

- Excel in being a slave to toxic management and heads 3.Say yes to anything even if its going to destroy your life eventually 4.Pathetically fail financially thinking you will get constant salary while your friends earn in 7 figures and 8 figures 5,Eventually die realising you failed in your life.....
so unless you are a pathetic beta who is okay with all this.....move on and find better opportunities ....because success is on the other side of fear
