Trending @Accenture; Why are we Poor?

Legit concern is 7 years back when I joined the company i felt i was cash rich plus there were great hikes, market corrections & variable pay. Now it feels like things are not that great, lesser hikes , poor variable pay etc and the only thing we hear is market is not great and accenture is not earning enough. So as individuals we are kind of in a situation where its not paying enough and there is no clear headway. Manager says this hike is not same as what you have done , you deserve more but company is bot making enough profit. How long will this continue man.. Sorry for the rant.
