Why are these so-called recruiters fooling people?

Red flag - A recruiter does not have company email id and uses free email providers. Definitely she will ask for 900 rupees for resume processing.

Someone already shared same post about this recruiter... So recruiter try to get more connection which might land them next job based on no. of people followed them on linkedin... But i feel what kind of pathetic person she is using this kind of trick

So if you notice the folks with really large followers. Some recruiters from Accenture,Wipro Genpact ets have massive following. This is a means of building followers and then leveraging that network to maybe push ads as an influencer etc. Shady shady shady.
