Why are homes in Pune getting so costly?

Places like hinjewadi which don't even have roads houses are going for 1 cr onwards nonsense

Yeah and in main Pune areas like Salisbury Park, Swargate etc. rates have become astronomical.

They are going up because people are paying for that location. If we are going to be third largest economy in next 5-10 years. Prices will shoot.
