Cons:

• Low-quality & low-impact work
• Overstaffed because clients billed per head
• Majority of employees have average or below-average skills
• Among the lowest salaries in the tech industry
• Low increments
• Lot of internal politics
• No or very low RSU/e-SOPs for wealth building

Pros:

• More foreign onsite opportunities than GCCs or product companies
