Here's why WITCH companies are infamous:
Cons:
- Low-quality & low-impact work
- Overstaffed because clients billed per head
- Majority of employees have average or below-average skills
- Among the lowest salaries in the tech industry
- Low increments
- Lot of internal politics
- No or very low RSU/e-SOPs for wealth building
Pros:
- More foreign onsite opportunities than GCCs or product companies
