NPS employer contribution gives tax benefit in old and new regime. So one can opt for it, by this HCL will contribute 14% of basic in your NPS account.

Can you please tell how exactly the corporate NPS works? If I opt in for NPS, how much deduction will be done from my salary? Is it like PF that the employer's contribution will also be deducted from my salary?

Because with the help of nps employer contribution you can change your ctc.. it gives you the tax benefit
