Why am i here *Confused*

Hey there, I was just wondering... is this app only for engineers and programmers, or can people like me—who are doctors—also understand and join in on the fun here? I mean, I’m sure we can all appreciate a little bit of tech talk... or maybe, you’ll find me intriguing enough to explain it to me 😉
