I have a good Family, is in a relationship, but many times, i feel alone. Like i am alone in this planet and nobody to help like a sole warrior.

That is fundamentally the human condition. We are surrounded by the human society and the world, but each of us is alone in our respective minds, with full access to the thoughts and feelings of only our one brain, among the 8 billion brains on this planet.
For each person, there is no second person in the world who can completely know or understand them. Thus, among the crowd, each of us is living alone within a little unique universe of one mind.
Potential solution - to someday create a Borg Collective type of thing. 😄 But till then, this is what we have.
