Never experienced anything like this....

Like for a new joiner there is not a single person who to connect

Raising requests on support which is very useless.

Econnect keeps on telling me to connect with poc.

For ID card issues too, not a single person advice.

N list goes on I just joined this firm not even a month has completed 🥹.

🫠🫠🫠 Already draining.

Same here. Over 3 YOE. Joined Accenture in August 2024. The NJX session was very brief. I'm still clueless regarding whom to approach regarding HR related queries. It seems like Grapevine and Quora are the only place to get our doubts clarified.
