It's surely not a budget issue bcz accenture has acquired nearly 25+ companies since 2021 in the field of Data and AI. Nowadays can see that many have started putting down papers and switch.

Yep, very true, they just want to squeeze out everything.
They are thinking maybe if they give it to one guy, the rest are going to ask for the same.
