Trending @Accenture; Why Accenture allocated fewer leave days for employees in the Nashik, Pune, and Mumbai locations as compared other state.

I would like to seek clarification regarding the allocation of leave entitlements at Accenture for the Nashik, Pune, and Mumbai locations. Specifically, I have noticed that the total leave days (Earned Leave + Casual Leave + Sick Leave, totaling 26 days) appear to be lower than those provided to other states. It is my understanding that the number of public holidays is uniform across all states—10 days (8 regular + 2 flexi). Could you please explain the rationale behind the differing leave allocations among various locations?

They want to motivate people to work from tier 2/3 cities. Most of the Tier 1 cities have low leaves as compared to Harayana, kerala, MP etc. thats my view

I also had this same doubt.. it's unfair..I am surprised that no one has raised the voice yet. Almost all other MNCs have the same number of leaves irrespective of location..
