Trending @HCL; Why 5% final payout decreased

JAS -24 75% 8.75 0 percentile OND -24 75% 8.80 0 percentile JFM-25 70% 8.75 51 percentile What is happening why my final payout is less in JFM - 25 earlier it was 75%. Is HR doing something in my variable pay although score is same.

HR is not doing anything that 8.7 rating is the issue I think please connect with your manager and explain
Maybe next time they can give good rating and it will be 90-100

For JAS - 25 it was also same but in that I got 75% why 70% in this quarter when score is same

Your concern should not be 5 percent, but remaining 30
