Bill Burr and Ricky Jervais are always at the top of my list. Rahul Subhramanian and Niv Prakash are also extremly good although I think Niv's content is quite limited at the moment.

Bonus mention, while not exactly a standup artist, Nathan Fielder has done some stuff that is truly underrated.
