Whom to write for Mental well-being

Hi All, can someone please help whom I need to write , if my manager used derogatory comments about me. The working circumstances are totally spoiled because of his politics. Please help me is there any wellness portal or mail id to reach them to get released from this account?

Document the incidents, date time about what, mail or any other form of communication
Can contact HR about it/ or higher management
TCS is big MNC, they must have a helpdesk portal or compliance hotline reach out to them.

@ChefGroot Sounds like a very good idea, write it down in excel with incident in one column and datetime in another. you can show it to HR, and if HR does nothing you can release that excel sheet online and end that dude's career for good XD.
