Trending @Infosys; Whom to submit wfh request?

While trying to submit wfh request, under default system supervisor, it says "Only level 6 and above are authorised to approve." Whom should i submit to in that case?

You can applied wfh to delivery manager or apply on-duty on that date and told manager to approve before 1 week

But for on duty also it will give the same error right? I think applying to delivery manager/ group project manager seems to be a way.
