Whom to provide referral

I get too many messages on LinkedIn for referral. I want to refer all the people. But issue is there are in general 2,3 position per openings. I don't like filtering people based on resume, so I told them suggestions which most of them agrees. Then i refer them. The way i refer is, i simply tell hr that xyz is my friend and is crazy good person and blah blah. But issue is, i couldnt't refer 50 people for a same job id and saying the same to HR everytime. I also don't want to say to people that i cannot refer, because I already referred someone. If someone says this time when I am looking for job, I would feel bad, so can't do that against my personal beliefs. How are you guys dealing with it. I am thinking to put inactive on LinkedIn then uninstall it. Kam se kam kisi aur ke through try kr lenge wo abhi bhi krte honge pr phir bhi message ke baad umeed rhti hai,to ab nhi hogi . Mujhe pata hai yeh koi solution nhi hai, isse mai kisi ko refer nhi kr rha hunga jo pehle se bhi ganda hai. Pr kre to kre kya🥲

In my company we get different options like courtesy referrals, family members, friends, ex-colleagues. We don't have to speak to the hr everytime we refer. I just select excolleague most of the times even if I don't know the person.

Yeh badiya hai bhai aapke , humare in general ek portal hai uske credentials ka kisi ko nhi pata. Baaki ek email hai usme but wohi hr ka main role rhta hai , to mai seedha jaake bol deta hu. Kuch kaa to bhala ho jaata hai baaki ka kuch nhi ho paata 🥲

Bhagwan tumhara bhala kare , bohot punya ka kaam kar rahe ho

I can suggest just trying to be honest with HR that you don't know the person much , but they have a good profile according to you. Baki dekha jayega. Only if you have a good equation with HR or the hiring managers though.

Hehehe thanks bhai. But mujhe khud mai ajeeb lagta hai, mai 10 logo ka bolu to same position ke liye, kisi bhi way mai friend , ex colleague kyuki according to me unke man mai bhi yhi aata hoga ki sab ke sab to hai itne acche ho nhi skte to mai he filter kr du. Baaki meri equation hr se to theek theek hai

Hey it's alright man, helping people is not your responsibility nor your business or duty. You should take it casually, not seriously. Take a pause sometimes, take a break.. But never block yourself on anything permanently because of people.. and Last but not the least... Can u refer me?

Abhi to sab position ke liye 10-10 logo ko kr rkha hai agr aap junior position ke liye ho to . Junior as in without internship is < 2 years. Baaki ek technical architect ki hai agr aap usme interested ho to

Previously I used to refer to as many as possible but nowadays I had to ignore most of the requests but still if someone had a good profile I told them who is the hiring manager and recruiter for that job from the internal system and asked to reach out to them directly.

you can just pass on the recruiter email or if there is a common email for the Ta team to the candidate and they themselves can mark a mail. They will call them if relevant.

Looking at 50 ppl's resume is hard, that is the hiring manager's job. You randomly pick 3 profiles and select the best one and refer it to the hr. ( I can understand how it would feel to choose 3 ppl randomly and say it as pure luck)

Also mention that you don't know them , their profile looked good that's why you are referring them.

Feeling guilty about turning down offer letter 12 days before joining

So I was made an offer by an MNC bank a couple of months ago. My notice period was 90 days so they had to reluctantly agree to that. Later they also tried to make me join in 70 but I told them it won't be possible and requested them to p...

Don't join the company 2. Better offers will always come. They kept thier end of the deal. You should keep yours. ...

If you are feeling guilty, just write a nice, sobbing 😭 mail, but be done with it anyway.
