Whom to approach for onsite in tcs ? My band is c3a , 8 years . In tcs 1.6

In tcs it’s 1.6 is very less. There are lot of politics going on. You need to approach your manager that you are interested for on-site she must recommend you. They give preference who have been working long time at tcs.
