Whom to address if HR is not listening to jus while unallocated?
I got unallocated from 1st June.Actually my base location is Bangalore and my husband work location is pune currently we are at pune .it's not possible for me to go Bangalore for reporting to RMG & also i have 1 year old child .I want tranfer to pune location. RMG saying Bench to bench tranfer not possible.also no WFH for unallocated. I sent mail to HR regarding this.they asked me to apply leaves..I am applying leaves but frequency of projects calls is getting less now a days..whom should I address regarding this issue?
Delivery head i guess like vertical delivery head liked the BFSI delivery head overall.. It should be there in ultimatix, just find that uncle name in ultimatix and drop an email to him
In ultimatix where we can find delivery head?Can someone please check and tell me exactly where
Just ask them to circulate ur profile to pune RMG or if u have contact in pune ask them if they have any profile that suits u and grab it.. the manager will do the rest.
