Trending @Accenture; Whom should we contact if no people lead is assigned?

I can't find people lead in my workday profile since 4-5 months.Recently I found PL enabler but he said I can change your PL if there is one but even he was confused as no PL is being shown in my profile.Whom should I contact now?
