You need to add and map the credit card in mypay for the broadband reimbursement. If it's mapped successfully, valid credit card txns will Be reflected every 11th of every month . You need to confirm those btoadband txns. Once confirmed, you will get the reimbursement after 20th if every month.. If mapping is not done properly, raise GSD and they will give you contact to check for credit card mapping.
