Whom can we escalate our manager to
Is there any higher authority whom we can escalate our manager to ? Because all of them are birds of same feather. i have heard there’s no action taken against manager even if you complain about them. My manager forces us to work on weekends, report to office everyday and work for 15 hrs a day. How can i escalate this.
Better to get release or switch if you escalate then you will get into trouble if you ready to face anything then send a mail with all the proofs to your manager and his manager and his manager in loop
Better to keep hr's n+3 levels as well
I just want to resign ASAP.Waiting for right opportunity. I just want to confirm whethere there would be any consequences of not going to office in NP. My mental health as well as physical health both have gone for a toss. Too much of micromanagement and toxicity.
