Trending @Infosys; Who will be giving rating appraiser or approver ?

In my case my manager is my approver and the lead is approver . Manager is ok with me but the appraiser is not happy. Who will be the final person to give rating . Whom should I tackle and talk to get decent rating

So there are two things - the Appraiser gives the rating and then the Reviewer who reviews it and then it's official. Also you can reach out to the reviewer if you think the appraiser has not been fair with your rating.

But we cannot do anything right once ratings are given? I mean we will have to sign off or it gets auto signed?

What can be done?

Your manager (Reviewer in Icount) he will give you the rating and comment first, then this will be going to your appraiser - He will approve it or maybe modify also for more/less if needed.

Mostly whatever manager submits the appraiser approves it.
