Who is responsible for deciding Band
I have good rapport with my manager and this year I got a C band, can i raise a disagreement for my low band.
First who is responsible for my band Manager or Reviewer.
Manager, or the person directly above you.. Who you reports about your work and the one who gives you your tasks! The Manager and Reviewer in SPEED are instructed by that person only about the band you are supposed to get.
I got 4.28 and I received a C band, I can't digest..
The same thing happened in 2022 with the same manager, casually we discussed something and mentioned one point, you supposed to get B band not C.
Can i ask my manager?
Is it worth, or the manager decided on my band.
He cant do anything decision is not at manager or revuewer level in most cases. Though they have chance to recommend few names with upper management for A
