Who is more impacted?

Dont know if its right, I observed few longtimers >25 years experience left TCS in August....All of them are C5s. They had been with TCS in all ups snd downs and still in billable roles. Sometimes this is disturbing as there is no guarantee for seniors, no question of safety for junior😣.... Now more exploitation by leads in the name of release threat.... Forget about growth,promos,paid trainings,hikes etc......now job is at threat...even scared to ask for a sick keave.

Sarlary of C5 with 25 YOE is above 40 LPA.

C3b and above are target no.1 and after that others. Number sabka hai bass aage peeche h as per fluidity

TCS is targeting to a pure play BPO organization... so called high salary above 15L, someone knowing a little bit technicals, some bit of functional - all are on fluidity list. it just a matter of time, and all will be kicked out in next one year! And it is very easy to kick out folks at ZERO cost. .. they will pay only three months basic salary (as per govt rules) which I believe is not more than 50K for folks upto C5 levels. So at 1.5L your entire career of 10/15/20/25 yrs is gone! . One might be lucky to receive 1.5L also, as they will deducted salary for all days you have attended office from home without exception. So, you might not get any amount in hand, rather have to pay back to the organization. In case you do not pay, they may take you to court. You have already been billed to client for the days you worked from home and client has paid to tcs also, but you will not get any payment for all days worked from home. Know thy tcs, and they say we are very ethical... all honorable men.

So, if you believe to be on the fluidity list, apply for sick leaves for all days working from home... there might be huge pile of sick leaves accrued over the years, apply them, tcs cannot bill the client for leaves applied by consultants. It will hit their monthly billing target. Once you are on notice period, you cannot apply for any leaves, so all.your accrued sick leaves, casual.leaves will go in waste. So, act judiciously.

Nowa days, suddenly finding too many trainings, certification drives are beign conducted for folks who might be in fluidity list ... everyday 4/5 emails to attend webinars, complete courses, seminars, certification information, IRC lectures, etc etc.... and find that such emails are not sent out to people.not on fluidity list. This is a new trick to divert attention and try to keep associates who are about to get sacked busy.

the org has plenty of creative people to fox you at every step!
