Staff engineer equivalent (10+ yoe preferred): Loads of openings, can expect 90L-1cr and some stocks.

Product Manager: Senior positions, 10+ yoe, same salary band. One 6+ yoe is open.

Engineering Manager: Multiple openings. Slightly higher salary band than Staff engineer.
