High performer in TCS? That's a myth, like Yeti. They're just workhorses, not unicorns. Performance is a relative term, isn't it? "Sab Moh Maya hai" (Everything is an illusion). What's your definition of high performance?

May be you haven’t seen but there are brilliant minds working in tcs but due to xyz constraint they just are not able to move on.
I don’t know the definition of high performer in tcs , that’s why I asked 😛
