Who is actually earning?

I've been listening to people who recently surveyed businesses, and most of them said things aren't going well. The job market seems weak too—there aren’t many openings, and HR is offering positions at much lower pay.

From the survey I did, business owners said that while people have money, they’re not willing to spend it right now, especially on expensive items. It’s unclear what exactly is happening in the market.

I’ve been seriously considering starting a business, but given the current situation, it’s hard to make a move. Honestly, the job scene is a mess too.
