Who in Indian cities gets more health issues in future?

Lol no is qualified is to decide here. As a non vegetarian I vote for vegetarian.

All (SPM, microplastics, etc)
All food somehow comes from sunlight, the health issues will depend on many stages our food has crossed (more stages, more contaminants like microplastics, heavy metals, etc), and how much artifical processing is done on top of it.
If food was grown organically, then it moslty depends on processing

Niether.. the one who spends more time being on road, will get more health issue.

Eh non vegetarian diet means some kind of meat is your primary food source. For those who eat chicken maybe once or twice a week, y'all are still impacted more by the vegetarian component of your diet.

Living in tier 1 city means health issues for most people regardless of what they eat. Air and water also matter a lot.

Depends on lifestyle, nothing to do with veg non veg.
The options doesn’t makes sense. There are multiple factors are in play like eating time, activity level, habits, lifestyle, etc.

I love democracy

Vegetarians are at greater risk of protein deficiency than pesticides/anti biotics. If you cant afford veg protein sources dont even bother being a vegetarian. All these trash talks against meat eating wont help when you cross 30 with decade of less protein intake.
