Who have been shittiest teachers you have come across?
This Children's day, getting in touch with my school version and I got reminded of my teachers who were complete shit for no reason.
Will share a story or two in comments. Share yours too 🙌

I know this might sound fake but I'm not kidding. The music teacher in our school ran away with a class 12th girl. I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP 😭💀

My english teacher in 10th. My father purchased long notebooks mistakenly instead of short ones that we normally use in school. I wrote notes in that only. No teacher had any issue (there is no issue in first place!). When i gave my notebook for checking to this english teacher, she said that she wont correct and asked me to get small notebook and again write notes! What a waste of time, ink and efforts. Will never forgive her for that and will teach my future kids to be rebellious infront of these lame women who call themselves teachers.

When I was in 4th grade, I had a social science teacher who left a strong impression on me. One day, she asked me to name the seven continents, but I made a mistake, and she became very angry, beating me harshly. My parents reported this incident to the headmaster the next day. Shortly afterward, the same teacher assigned me the task of reciting the pledge during the prayer assembly. It was my first time doing this, and I felt unprepared. I told her I wasn’t ready, but she scolded me very badly in front of all the assembled students, making me feel incredibly embarrassed as everyone turned to look at me.

I don't remember bad ones, I remember the good ones though. I remember, I asking my physics teacher really weird existential questions and he told me a Yudkowsky like short story and I still think about it and what are it's implications. And then there was my class teacher in 6th grade who gave me 2nd price in a speech competition even though I fumbled really badly but my speech wasn't preachy or full of rhetoric but very scientific now I'm the pitcher in hackathons. My English teacher was awesome too, we discussed Game of Thrones sometimes since there were like 4 people in my school who watched it.

There were teachers who made fun of my height throughout several years. I was the shortest in the class till 12th class.

My class teacher in 9-10 would, ask me to standup in front of the whole class and shame me for talking with the other gender and make snide comments like "you'll not score good because you can't hold your horses".
Now when I look back, it was clearly harassment.
There was one teacher in class V who would step on one foot and cane everyone 7-8 hits if wanted, then made us stand for the next 30 minutes, while he would sit and read some book.
Quite the sadist. The worst part was that he was a resident teacher for the boarders. So a lot of guys would get beaten every single day.
Oh, and we had 2 more such sadists that year.

We had this Physics teacher who taught us in 11 and 12. Never seen her smile, ever! Whenever we got a free period, or a teacher was absent or just some breather between classes, she would swoop right in. No explanation, no apologies, no consent - take out your books, back to syllabus.
When we needed her period for some important work, her response - No.
No is a complete sentence, but atleast some explanation so kids can make sense?
She was pregnant when we hot back from summer vacations in class 12, the whole school waited for her maternity leave to start 😐

It's #metoo moment with me. I was in collage computer lab, asked my professor some doubt and he was continuously rubbing my back with his thumb and I couldn't say anything out of fear.
I got so scared and never talk that basturd, kutta person.
It feels very bad even today after so many years.
