Who has the cash? Who will get it?

This guy's tweet made me think about it. Here are the questions;

1. Where is the Cash?
2. Who is utilising the Cash and for what purpose?

Try to think like this, all crypto and exchange ecosystems as bank systems and till now people paid $2.67 trillion cash across the world and they now either hold or exchange continuously and function. Fine. Let it be.

The question is where does that $2.67 trillion cash went. Who uses it? Who has it? As for the bank system, they invest and earn.
