"Pressure" and "concern" are not gender-specific. Women don't join companies for a picnic. They join to work, just like men. "Aaram ka kaam" nahi hai yeh. What's your perception of a workplace?

I don’t go to office or work expecting “aaram ka kaam” . I will work as per my role and pay. I will fulfil the job that i took no matter what. This is not a feminist wala post ya women rights wala. In this shitty work life balance wala industry, Some bunch of idiots told me that there will be some in tcs for women. I was just stating that line i heard before joining here.
