I know about retention bonus which you get if you try to leave and they kinda kinda like you; and you stay back you get it but then not as part of ctc for atleast a year and they trap you for atleast 2+ years coz without that in ctc you won't do any good and hike also is on old&hike+retention so after 2 years some decent hike
