I feel so....
Commuting for 2+2 hours (4 hours) Working for 10 hours
Sleeping for min 8 hours
Getting ready for office 2 hours

Total 24 hours 😉⌛

Me My teammates aren't even from my location yet I've to go to office

Me, Travelling for hours and then not much interaction with people in office as all are from different teams etc sometimes no place to sit where I always sit.

Complete waste of time, energy and resources. Either get a team work from the same location on same days. Which i think would not be possible. Then just finish the hybrid work culture and get everyone In office so that people could actually bond with each other. After Covid I have changed three teams. I only met the 1st team before Covid when WFH was not such a big thing. After that I haven't even seen photos of some of my team members.

What are the consequences if we don't comply fully with 12 days I mean if we are doing it for just 8 days around then?

Rant rant rant. None is listening. Blame the Indian companies who made it compulsory and made it look like the nation's economy depends only on whether we are going to the office. 🙄

It's useful neither for employees nor for companies. The only one benefitting out of this is the government
