I am not sure if it's underpaid or what?? I am having 16 years of experience and getting 31 lakhs yearly package. I have been working in TCS for the last 10 years, so I am sure this is a good package... I am doing WFH and login @ 8:00 am and logout as per work load most probably doing 9 to 10 hrs shift but I am not saying this is overworked..

Unskill yourself and switch. All the service based mnc will give same package if you stay long time..it's everywhere. I joined tcs with 11 yrs exp and 32 lpa. I was at 20 LPA in last organization. And I will switch again once the my learning is over in current project.
