Who decides QVA? Manager approval is needed? How to calculate how much percentage i received ?

Nope. I am not fresher. Since 1 year my performance bonus used to get deducted i assumed it was because of the RTO. This quarter i have received some healthy amount hence wanted to confirm 🥲 the exact full form and who approved this ( As this quarter i have WFO index 40% ( which is still not 80%), which used to be 0 every previous quarter) 🙂
