Who are you working for ?

Yourself ? Your family ? Just because, no reason ?

P.S. I am drunk rn, and I am working for so I can provide my family everything they wish for : a cool gadget, a fancy trip, a great concert experience, peace of mind….

Sometimes it means handling toxic work environments, but their smiles make it worth all the effort.

I’m doing it for Mom & Dad. They are getting older day by day! I’ll do something for myself later, but they deserve all I got to them.

Hey Borosil,

I’m working so that I can travel a lot and help out people that cannot help themselves.

That’s it. It’s ambitious. I’ll do it.

Working so that everything that my parents need gets fulfilled.

That doesn't mean mindless spending, but providing a lot for them.

I always think that if let's say tomorrow I get married, I'd obviously want to give my wife a good life as well. But it would be a sin to save save save and spend on your spouse later, but not on your mom. I think every guy would second this.

It's best to spend on your mom right now as she isn't that old to not desire things. Jab kaafi old hojaayegi toh kya fayda?

One positive side of not being in a relationship with a woman before marriage is that you get to spend a lot on your mom (who is the primary female/caregiver in your life). And trust me, it is the best feeling cause ONLY your mom will give you unconditional love.

Besides, you never really know the real intention in a relationship. Gold diggers, fake cases, and what not.

Better to spend your hard earned money on your mom than somebody who might vanish.

I'm in early 20s, doing for myself. Parents are financially independent. Saved decent, will get pensions, govt. employees. Have no plan for marriage/kids.

No fuc*in clue, coding is something I don’t even like; I’m only working to save enough so my parents don’t have to worry and my father can retire asap. After that I’ll start exploring what I like
