Its the 2.5 - 5 L business income people you should be afraid of. Mostly lying and showing minimum returns, if they were actually earning this much in an year they wont file tax. (Imagine a street cart seller who can make this much a year but wont be filing taxes for sure. So who are the people who make this range and yet feel they should file tax.
