Trending @Infosys; Who are "Technology Support Specialist" in Infosys? What do they work on?

As per my knowledge and some TSS i have worked with, They are part of infy BPM. They work on various processes like infy IT, CCD, accounts, legal. Few of them work in Infy ltd projects too.
