Read new deployment policy for consequences. It was released on June 12. Visible in the Ultimatix home screen. Starting June 1, if you are on bench for more than 35 business days then disciplinary action will be taken including salary reduction and termination.
I read it bro that's why iam asking that till now who are all n bench and for what duration and is there any consequences they faced like this that's why asking for the clarity
And I think termination will not happen straight away first they time to allocate, warning then they will layofff
Those who voted for 9 months are really they have been on the bench for 9 months or just for the sake of voting for fun they voted because if you all stay for 9 months so what are the consequences you faced till now for that only iam asking
So the 225 days policy will be counted from the June 1 to Next June 2026?
