How to raise long term exceptions . I need to take care of my mother who has immune issues and it's not wise/viable to make her stay in a polluted city/leave her alone.

I am on exception from feb 2025 under child care category

Many of us do whf. Raise the request for one week at a time, under compensatory WFH say you worked on weekend, or late night hours, and the req goes to supervisor. I does this for last 1.5 years.
I have visited office hardly 12 times in last 12 months.
