While serving notice period can we use all sick leaves ?! Will it effect notice period? Any idea on this pls let me know

Yes you can take sick leaves . Until and unless you are taking an audacious number of SLs it should not

What about casual or earned leave not allowed at all? Also where can I find this policy?

As per supreme court of India Judgement employee is entitled for sick leave even in notice period. The maximum what co can do is extended your notice period if feels employee iss taking fake sick leave.
