While others are celebrating Work-iversaries, here I am with an unemployed month-iversary - why it is tougher for experienced to get work ?

Experience in most roles are meaningless. Experience matters in knowledge jobs like medicine, law, or R&D etc... The simple fact that most companies have massive entry level workers and the pyramid goes steeper as the hierarchy goes up is the proof for this.

iTs HR idiots who call even accounting back office roles as knowledge oriented jobs.
