While joining tcs HR said 19.5 LPA is fixed component. But now I got to know fixed is 15.5 & other is variable . What to do now ? Any sugg!

If you check your CTC breakup it will have PF, Gratuity and health insurance part. That will also be part of your fixed part. Your in-hand fixed part will be (CTC - variable - pf -epf - gratuity -health insurance). Totally different.

For in-hand salary to be 19.5 in TCS it is going to take years.

It’s your mistake that you haven’t analysed your offer letter properly and joined

Anyway chill man, you have already got the package like 10+ year people got after switching in tcs anyways congrats and most of the part you will get in salary if you are c2 and going to the office daily.

Put papers by mentioning the reason clearly about CTC, told and given.

Why have you not checked the offer letter before joining..

They clearly give breakup in offer letter

Dont you know how to read offer letter and breakup in it? Even appointment letter too contains same
