I agree with this.
I personally went for CompProg then DSA and then Dev. Learnt most of my DSA knowledge through Competitive Programming.
In the end, if you cover all three in whatever order, you will be sorted.

Grind leetcode medium, if time permits aim for ability to solve codeforces 2000-2100 rating questions.
All my college batchmates who followed this plan are at minimum 25+ LPA cash in 2yrs exp.

If time is a constraint, better mug up some common DSA and practice problems based on them. Don't try to learn everything at once. Keep your programming fundas strong.
