Trending @Infosys; Which will give more increment from SSE to TA ,stepup-IJP or project manager recommendation after getting into project, currently on bench.

I got IJP but increment % is more than 20%

IJP has fixed 17.5% increment whereas PM's recommendation has varying increments depending on your rating and other aspects.
