Trending @Infosys; Which type of promotion is good ? IJP or Regular promotion .
My promotion to TA has been pending since april25. In the morning i got mail about promotion but it shows IJP step up promotion. directly nominated though someone(i dont know as i didnt applied for IJP ) and also unit transfer.
how IJP is good/bad from regular promotion? i just want to continue my current project and team. But now i got a transfer letter and release from the project
Your manager nominated for your promotion through IJP quota , you will get 17.5% hike on current ctc
Is the hike % fixed for everyone? I heard in last quarter people with accelerated internal fulfillment program (IJP) promotion got a good hike from 4 LPA to 6.5 LPA?
is the rating will be considered?
I got an OD rating and i am part of platinum club
if rating and platinum club benefits are there
then what should be the hike percentage should i get ?
