Which to join ?

Hi all - looking for some quick perspective.

I have two offers for Senior SDE:

BitGo (Bangalore)

₹32 LPA base, 1 L relocation bonus 10% performance bonus, 2400 ESOP units over 4 years Daily Uber & Zomato perks Work: Wallets team — adding new crypto coins, blockchain protocol, custody infra.

Coredge (Noida, under Adani Group)

₹28 base, 2 L variable, 2 L joining bonus Work: cloud infrastructure, edge computing, orchestration — Kubernetes, multi-cloud, telco infra.

Both roles are senior backend. One is in crypto/fintech, the other is cloud/infra.

Does BitGo add noticeably more weight to my resume than Coredge — or is the difference not that big in the long run?
