Which to choose MNC vs HFT firm

I am currently having 2 offers from one of the big Bank which is (13Lpa) Pune location and second offer is from 8 year old Indian HFT firm giving 15 Fixed + 2 Fixed bonus (Delhi location). Confused should which should I choose? Banking one is hybrid work culture and HFT is daily work from office

I think your yoe is less. Do the HFT. Get your hands dirty. Then anyone will hire you. At MNC it will be too chill
