Try to check the employees count in the company.. suppose infy has 3.5 lakhs try to get down to 1 lakh and stay there for a few years then reduce to half again.. by these your responsibility will gradually increase and you have a better scope on overall end-to-end delivery. If you jump from service company to startup you will be exhausted in few months. It's my view.. at end it's all about what you want..
